Getting started
Most visits start with one of these. Pick the one that matches what you need today.
Step-by-step
Clear steps for the things patients do most often, from first booking to choosing lenses.
Use a WhatsApp or Call button in the header, on a branch page, or on the Contact page. Tell the team which service you need and your preferred day. They reply to confirm the appointment, the branch, and what to bring.
Open Stores to see all three locations, or use the Stores menu in the header. Each branch page lists the address, phone numbers, opening hours, nearby areas, and a Google Maps link for directions.
The Register page lets you share your name, contact details, and the branch you prefer. This helps the team prepare your file and follow up faster. Registering does not replace booking, it just speeds up your visit.
Ask the branch team about medical aid and optical benefits before you finalise frames and lenses. They explain what your plan may cover so you can choose with the full picture. Have your medical aid details ready when you book.
Browse Frames to compare optical frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and kids' glasses. After your eye test, the team guides fit, lens type, coatings, and budget so the eyewear matches your prescription and daily routine.
Use the search icon in the header, or the Search page, to find a service, frame, branch, guide, or help topic in seconds. Type a few words and open the result that fits.
